4-H is a community of young people across America who are learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills.

4-H FUN FACT FRIDAY | Did you know?

🍀The fourth “H” in 4-H was almost Hustle! The original 4-H emblem featured a three-leaf clover representing Head, Heart, and Hands. In 1911, a fourth H, “Hustle,” was briefly considered before Health became the official fourth H later that year.

Today, the 4-H pledge reminds us to use our Head, Heart, Hands, and Health to make the best better! 💚

PROGRAM UPDATE | Next Generation Entrepreneurs Farmers Market 🍀
Our youth vendors have their LAST market of the season Saturday September 5th at the Warrenton Farmers Market on the corner of Lee and Ashby St. 8am-12pm!
Vendors have been working hard to build their businesses, and will have items including flowers, crocheted products, cookies, hydro-dipped goods, wooden toys, and more!
Come out and see us for our last market of the season!

Program Update: The 2026-2027 Eleanor Hazel 4-H After School Program returns this year to HM Pearson, MM Pierce, Grace Miller, Greenville, Mary Walter, Claude Thompson, and C Hunter Ritchie! We are hoping to expand to new schools soon.
