Warrenton Masters Swim Team Swim practices are Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 - 7:30 PM at the WARF. Anyone 18 years or older can join

Greetings from WAVA!
My father in-law and mother in-law set such a good example for Scott and I that has been proven true by their longevity and active lifestyles. They swam at the pool during their 80's and 90's.
If you have been exercising and find you need an exercise that is low impact and less stressful on your joints...join us!
If you have not been getting enough aerobic exercise for your heart and lungs.... join us!
If you want to be more comfortable in the water for a triathlon challenge...join us!
Remember after running cycling or just working all day at home or office; swimming in the water is like an all over body massage!
We will help you get back in shape while enjoying a safe, supportive, fun camaraderie.

Warrenton Masters WAVA Swim Team is having an open house, welcome back, come give us a try month in September, but feel free to come sooner.
School is starting soon, put us in your schedule to make time for a healthier 'you' this fall.
WAVA practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm at the WARF in Warrenton VA.
