Maggi Birdsell and Heather Peters, of Elevation Health, will be offering a sports nutrition talk and presentation on July 21st at 6pm in the conference room at the Burley Market. Working with athletes in this community and having young athletes of their own, they have seen first-hand the lack of understanding of how eating properly can change your game.

The talk is designed for middle school, high school, and young adult competitors as well as their parents to help form an understanding of how eating properly can power performance, signs of underfueling, real case studies, and will include a day-in-the-life fueling plan mapped to a student athlete’s schedule among many other tips and strategies.
