ELA is a 501(3)c non-profit organization that offers unique hands on leadership training and development to students in grades 5-12. Kaye and Brittany Hennings Lee, program alum and ELA Board member, accepted a generous check last night at the Ohio Boys Town golf event.

The $10,000 donation will help us continue to make an impact in the reentry space and with students participating in our Career Leadership Academy.

Last week, Tanika and Gabby led our team in an amazing GROWTH training day with a clever set of secret agent challenges!

They reminded us of how important it is to walk the walk in the classroom and beyond. We traveled to three local businesses to learn more about their role in the community.

Today, the ELA team visited all five of the Cleveland-based Partnership Schools for a fun day of programming!

The kids had a blast participating in fun games and activities while learning about goal-setting, active listening, first impressions, and other priceless life skills.

Yesterday, Ariel and Rachel organized a totally tubular 80s themed GROWTH training day for the ELA team!

We had an absolute blast rocking our tracksuits, denim, and even bald caps while learning about ourselves and how we can work most efficiently with each other.

The day was extra special because we were able to include our brand-new team member, Marcus! We are so excited to be working with him!
