Today we’re celebrating Katie’s 7th work anniversary!

For the past seven years, Katie has been an incredible part of our team and a huge support to the individuals and families we serve. Her knowledge, dedication, and willingness to help others make such a difference every single day. Katie’s experience and heart for this work do not go unnoticed, and we are so thankful for everything she brings to JCBS.

Thank you for seven amazing years of hard work, compassion, and commitment to our community. Happy 7 years, Katie!

Due to field conditions, tonight's game will be at the Warrensburg Community Center at 445 E. Gay Street. The game time has moved to 6:45 PM. Teams will be combined for this game. See you there!

Today we’re celebrating Bekah’s 1st work anniversary!

Over the past year, Bekah has become a valued part of our team and we’re so thankful for everything she brings to JCBS. Her hard work, positive attitude, and dedication to the individuals and families we serve have made a difference in our agency and community.

Thank you, Bekah, for all you do each day. We’re excited to continue watching you grow in your role and are so happy to have you on our team. Happy 1 year!

We are saddened to hear of the passing of Charlie Kavanaugh.

Charlie was a longtime supporter of people with developmental disabilities and a strong advocate for inclusion in our community. His kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others made a lasting impact on many lives.

We are grateful for all he did to support our mission and the people we serve. Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time.

Thank you, Charlie. You will be missed.

Charlie Chuck Marion Kavanaugh passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 13, 2026, to join his Heavenly Father. Due to the field condition, Bright Sox practice has moved indoors! Please go to the Warrensburg Community Center. When you check in, just let them know you're here for practice. You will NOT have to pay to enter. Practice starts at 4:00 PM in the gym.
