Cynthia Cindy Kay Hill, 68, of Chilhowee, Missouri, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2026, at St. Lukes East Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 17, 1958, in Bronaugh, Missouri, to Ralph Shields and Lorene Katie Virginia Bright Shields. Cindy spent most of her life
