Central Mission is hosting youth Rally in two weeks! This would be a great chance for our youth to growth in faith with the kids they’ll be at camps with!
If you have not already heard, youth Rally is back in January from Wednesday the 18th to Saturday 21st! This event is for youth in grades 6-12, and hosted at the Family Life Center Gym (500 W Pacific Ave, Independence MO 64050). Doors open at 6:00pm where youth can checkin, received a raffle ticket, engage in our variety of informational booths, hang out, and enjoy amazing snacks from our concession stand provided by Grandview Community of Christ congregation. The scheduled evening programing will begin around 7:00pm and conclude around 9:00pm each night. During our rally worship experience, young people will have the opportunity win prizes and camperships, play hilarious games, journey within powerful testimonies, jam out to relevant music, get the inside scoop of upcoming summer activities, participate in reflective spiritual practices, and be challenged to live out their discipleship in their daily lives. Our theme this year is “Wonder” where we journey with uncovering the love we are given, the joy we share, the hope that drives us, and how peace empowers us.
