The Collaborative 02885 A nonprofit arts organization in Warren, RI focusing on local art and arts education.

The Collaborative was established in 2016 with a mission to provide access to opportunities for creatives and the community to exhibit, experience, and learn through the arts. Our goal was to create a space where artists and musicians could exhibit and share their talents and network with other like-minded individuals. Over the years we have brought high-quality arts and arts education programs to

Rhode Island as well as meaningful community events such as the Warren Folks Festival, a free to the public, one-day arts and music festival. Our primary space, located on Main Street, acts as a gallery that has been home to over 50 local artists and 30 youth artists from all over RI. The space has also hosted dozens of music and spoken word performances as well as multiple educational workshops and classes. We are one of the only arts education organizations in Bristol County, RI and serve more than 1000 youth and adults each year through a wide variety of programs.

Coming up in June!

Save the Date for Thursday June 4th from 6-8 at 508 Main St. Lab & Gallery for Chloe Higginbottom's opening night.

Although my work may appear to be simply flowers, each one holds a specific memory. My connection to nature deepened in college during a time of homesickness, and after returning home, I began to find meaning in slowing down and noticing small moments.
Each flower I paint represents a time and place I’ve encountered it. As I build up layers in my work, I revisit those memories, using the process as a way to reflect and preserve them.
I often leave white borders around certain elements to represent parts of memories that have faded over time. These spaces also invite viewers to bring their own experiences into the work, creating a shared sense of reflection and connection.
