Many of the participants in the Rescue Challenge have continued to thrive and do well in their new homes, but one in particular; a beautiful, bay mare, named SBR Baylo, entered into the competition by Saddlebred Rescue, has really excelled!!!
Rick and Terry Felder took this mare on following the challenge and look at her now!!!
A pretty spectacular mare and a great save by Saddlebred Rescue! Page and Amy Champion of Braeburn Equestrian Center Drew SBR Baylo in our challenge and gave her a great start😊

As we start into the new year and the snows arrive; the committee members of THHIN are reminded of the constant need to help our area rescues.
Our fund raisers and The Rescue Challenge have gone a long way to helping individual horses and the facilities who care for them.
Thanks to the very generous donations made to the THHIN FUND in 2019; we are pleased to present each of the following equine rescues with a $5,000.00 donation:

One of the first rescues to be adopted from the THHIN FUND Rescue Challenge was SBR Elijah from Saddlebred Rescue and sponsored by Team Vespa.
He continues to excel with his new partner Kourtney Paschall Of Greene, ME!!
We hope when you are looking for a new forever horse, you will consider the horses saved by Equine Rescues!

SBR Elijah; a graduate from the THHIN FUND RESCUE CHALLENGE is making his presence known in the show ring!
Elijah was on TEAM VESPA and was one the first horses adopted from the program.

Very good news on the starved horses in West Topsham, VT!!!!
(2) of the horses have landed at Live and Let Live Farm and Rescue in Chichester, NH. Looks like all of the horses will soon be safe and in capable hands.
A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who reached out with calls, texts and emails; it was VERY helpful in moving this case along in a speedy manner.
The horses pulled, still have a very long way to go, but at least they have a chance now.

The only thing that will advance this case is a public outcry for action!!!
