We'll be hosting the 50/50 raffle at Jimmy John's field on Sunday, June 25 to raise money for our trip to the National Electrical Contractors Association convention in Seattle, WA in October.

Come out, enjoy the summer weather, watch some baseball, and hangout with us!

Thank you to everyone for all of the early support and liking our page!

We want to let everybody know that we are a brand new student organization focused on creating a foundation for long term success in our students. Our goal is to promote the importance and opportunities of the electrical construction and green energy industries to all students. Our main focus group of recruits has been solely Construction Management majors, but we are here to promote and encourage everyone who is interested to come to a meeting and check us out. Being a part of the Student Chapter of Southeastern Michigan, you can gain unique professional experience, along with building relationships, and potentially help your community with the practice of green energy.

We are the student chapter representing the Southeastern Michigan Chapter of the National Electrical Contractor's Association at Wayne State. We are open to all students in the Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Contracting, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and any other related fields at Wayne State at the Undergraduate or Graduate level. This chapter exists to promote and introduce the electrical contracting industry to students through: communication and networking between students and local electrical contractors, developing relationships with the engineering and engineering technology departments, and promoting professionalism and preparation for students to participate in the electrical contracting and construction industry.
