Concert pianist, concertizer, educator, and organizer DiYi Tang has performed in the most exclusive venues around the world: Union Club, New York City; Rockefeller University; International Trade Center, Washington DC; and United Nations, New York City. In March 2012, Mr. Tang’s recital in Carnegie Hall Weill Recital Hall sold out! He is credited as “vibrantly musical, thoughtful,” by Cleveland Plain Dealer, and “A mature interpreter and artist of intelligence,” by Singapore Straits Times. Mr. Tang is the founder and director of The Sound of Manhattan International Music Festival and Competition in New York City and has the goal of introducing the education of music to participants from all over the world! In 2014, Mr. Tang was deemed the Educator Partner certificate by Steinway & Sons!

Beatrice Long is a piano soloist who has performed all over the world in places such as Uruguay, France, and Singapore. She has also earned medals in several major international competitions: Robert Casadesus International Piano Competition (top prize), AMSA World Piano Competition, and Taipei International Piano Competition. Together with her sister, Ms. Long has created Long Duo, where she and her sister bring their audiences a new perspective on both classical and contemporary piano music. This world-renowned pianist has captured a worldwide audience who report her music to have “extracted the most intimate and hidden meaning in music,” to be “impressive on many levels,” and to have caused “a sensation!”

An extraordinary clarinetist and part of the New Jersey Symphony, Andy Lamy is known for his energetic, colorful, and immaculate tones and techniques on the clarinet. He has performed in The New York Philharmonic, Saint Louis Symphony, and Royal Opera of London. Mr. Lamy takes a particular interest in studying Irish music and is featured in the world’s very first Irish traditional clarinet album, “The New Blackthorn Stick”. He is also studying the field of ornithologist, the song variation of birds in Eastern North America and West Africa. This is the multi-talented Andy Lamy, an exceptional clarinetist!

LIVESTREAM CONCERT TODAY AT 3PM. Check out our events for more information! This concert will be hosted on YouTube and the audience will be able to donate during the concert itself. There is no admission fee, so we welcome any and all viewers!

IMPACT is hosting a livestream fundraising concert under the campaign ROAR (Rally Over Asian Racism) on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 3:00 PM (EST), to support the organizations Stop AAPI Hate and Asian Americans Advancing Justice. We are collaborating with local artists to bring awareness towards the rise in hate crimes against the Asian American community. This concert will be featuring performances as well as a live Q&A session with each artist in between acts.
