A motorcyclist was rushed to the hospital after a traffic accident in Champion Township.

Champion Career Firefighters would also like to congratulate Steve on his new endeavor. During his membership Steve served as the Secretary/Treasurer for Local 2948. During that time, Steve led many successful fundraising drives for the membership. Steve was also very active in public education under the direction of the Fire Chief. He worked his way to becoming a familiar face in the community.

You set forth a goal and worked very hard to accomplish what you did. Best of luck Steve to you and your family on this next big step!

Today is a bittersweet day for the members of the Champion Township Fire Department. After serving the community of Champion as a part time firefighter from 2011-2015, then as a full time member since March of 2015 Engineer Stephen Kisak will work his last shift today as a member of CTFD.

Steve and his family have moved to the Columbus area to be closer to family, and he will start his new position with the Norwich Township Fire Department on Monday.

Our department and community are losing a top notch firefighter and paramedic, but we wish him nothing but the best in his new endeavor. Steve will be moving on to bigger things, but he will always be a part of our family at CTFD.

A woman went to the hospital after the vehicle she was driving went off the road in Champion Township, hitting a ditch, two mailboxes and a telephone pole.

Superbowl Squares - $20 a square... **New Payouts**

1st, 2nd, and 3rd - Square winners will payout $120, the squares that boarder the winner will receive $40. In the event no square boarders the winning square that money will be added to the Final score winner. Up to 5 winners per quarter.

Final - Winning square $150, the squares that boarder the winner will receive $50. Winning square will also receive the additional money from the previous quarters who had no boarder winner. Again up to 5 winners.

Payment can be arranged for a safe pick up or venmo is offered. Message Stephen Kisak for any questions and to reserve your numbers.

Once the block is full numbers will be drawn and you will receive a copy.
