Regina High School is a private, Catholic college preparatory high school for young women, founded by the Sisters of St. The high school is fully accredited by Cognia, formerly known as the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement/AdvancEd and is a member of the National Catholic Education Association and the Michigan Association of Non-Public Schools. Students

reside in 38 cities and townships representing four metropolitan Detroit counties. Over the past 65 years, Regina High School’s mission has been to educate the whole girl — mind, body and soul — for life’s future challenges. The Regina SaddleBots recently participated at the 2024 Selfridge Air National Guard Base Open House and Air Show June 8-9. The Selfridge STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) event included over 20 high school robotics teams from the metro Detroit area. Teams showed and demonstrated their robots used during the recently concluded 2024 FIRST Robotics Competition season. Regina’s presence involved several students and adult mentors who answered attendee questions, displayed the season sponsorship banner, distributed team spirit buttons and Regina giveaways, and competed in demonstration robot matches.

All incoming Regina freshmen and current Regina students are invited to participate in our Strength & Conditioning Camp this summer, starting Monday, July 8th, every Monday and Wednesday through August 7th, from 11:00am-12:30pm. Focus on the fundamentals of training, learn the proper mechanics for linear & lateral speed, plyometrics, decel, along with a number of different movement patterns in the weight room.

This is a great opportunity for students to stay active during the summer, for incoming freshmen to get acclimated to the physical transition for high school sports, and of course, for our seniors to get in the best shape for Powderpuff!
