We are in the Pioneer District of Patriots Path Council of NJ. but we accept K-5 boys from all nearby towns. Cub Scout Pack 182 of Warren, NJ was established in May of 1995. Pack 182 is the only Cub Scout pack in Warren Township, NJ, comprised of boys K-5 from all four of our Warren Schools: Angelo L. Tomaso, Central, Mount Horeb and Woodland. The Dens are small groups (usually 7-12) that meet wit
h their adult partners and leaders to complete achievements, ranks and badges. Den meetings are held anywhere from 1-4 times a month depending on the group's needs. Along with the Den meetings, there is a monthly Pack meeting where the Cub Scouts get together to learn, create, exercise or figure out ways to help out in our community. We are a small part of the Boy Scouts of America. Pack 182 is part of the "Watchung Mountain District," which is part of the "Patriot's Path Council #358" - serving over 20,000 youth members and 6,000 leaders in the counties of Morris, Somerset, Sussex, Union and parts of Middlesex, NJ. The Patriot's Path Council's core objective is to build strong personal values, family values and character in young people by providing program activities that teach, support and encourage such values. Several times a year the Cub Scouts get together as a pack or district for exciting activities like: camping in the woods, sports outings, pinewood derbies and picnics. These trips are incredible ways for the boys and their families to learn and grow through scouting.
