These are pics of performing and rehearsing for La Bici (“The Bike”), a ballet inspired by cycling’s Grand Tours, binge-watching the Netflix Tour de France series, and Ostroy.

You may be wondering if this is a joke or Photoshopped. Fair — when we first saw this that was our first thought too, and my dad still insists it’s a ruse. But nope, this is real.

As it turns out, the drama and beauty of a Grand Tour make for a surprisingly compelling and beautiful ballet — especially when choreographed by
