Getting caught in a storm when you're doing what the Lord told you to do can mess with your head. It is in those times that we need to have an honest chat with the Lord. Sometime He uses the external storms to calm the internal storms in our soul.

Of course, this article neglects to mention the numerous peer reviewed studies that confirm change allowing therapy is actually safe and effective.
