We would appreciate if you kept Mane Mission in your prayers! We find out this month if we’re getting approved for a grant that would help cover our bills for the remainder of the year 🥳🥳

Until then, we have a vet balance of just under $1,500 and another appointment in the morning. We’ll also be seeing the farrier again this week! If you feel led to donate, we would greatly appreciate it! 🩷🐴

I think Zelda was the inspiration for Daffodil in Toy Story 5! 🐴🤎🌼

My kids have been watching it on repeat, and this all I think of during the horse scenes 😂

A stressful week calls for some extra time in the pasture. 🐴🤍

On a positive note, we have two adoptions pending. As of right now, we don’t have any more horses available! 🥳

We’ve been making lots of changes as we try to find the right balance between Mane Mission and everything going on in our personal lives. I feel like God has been pushing us in a different direction for a while now. With that being said, prayers would be appreciated for whatever the future looks like for us (and pray that our upcoming farrier, vet, and hay bill is miraculously paid this week 🤣🥲)! We’d love to use our horses for more ministry opportunities. We have a few ideas of how to do that, but we’re always open to more.

We’re currently working on organizing a trail ride as an opportunity to fellowship, build relationships, and point others to Christ. Our highest priority has always been helping both people and equines, and if God can use our horses to help bring hope, healing, and His love to others, that would be the greatest purpose we could ask for. All glory to Him, always. 🤍🐴

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

It seems like everyone is trying to get out and explore this week 😅😂. It’s dark so I don’t have many details but they look young and appear to have roach back. Reach out to us if you know where they belong!

We have some Tshirts and hats left over from the fair! If you’re interested please message us!

Thank you to everyone that came by to support, and for enduring the heat 😅🥵. We weren’t set up for face painting as often as we planned, it just did not work out with how hot it was this year. The paint and the kids were both melting 😂

We’re still announcing our giveaway winner at the beginning of next month! Help us raise awareness and funds for Jade and her family. Since we couldn’t raise as much as we hoped to from face painting, please consider donating to their GoFund me. Go back and share the giveaway post if you haven’t yet! 💛

Dixie has been adopted! 🥳🥹

One of her new owners is a retired Navy veteran that unfortunately suffers from being an Ohio State fan. We try our hardest not to discriminate here at Mane Mission. Dixie even managed to neigh “Go Vols!” as we were leaving 🧡

All jokes aside, Dixie is happy to be with her buddy Cheyenne! She’s already getting lots of love and has stolen her owner’s hearts! We can’t wait to visit her soon!

Thank you to everyone that’s came to visit us at the fair so far! We’ll be there later today, after a feed run and after we drop Dixie off at her new home!! 🥳🥳🥳
