We’re grateful to have such strong leadership representing us at the Capitol and even more grateful to have the opportunity to welcome them to our stage. They shared insight into this legislative session, the work they’ve focused on, the initiatives they’re passionate about, and the key issues shaping both our community and the future of our state.

Last week, we had the exciting opportunity to celebrate the grand opening of the new Georgia Engineering AI & Robotics (GEAR) Lab, located on the second floor of the Eagle Building at the Museum of Aviation Robins!

We were honored to celebrate alongside our friends from the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce and Perry Area Chamber, as well as community leaders, partners, and vendors who helped make this incredible milestone possible.

The GEAR Lab brings together artificial intelligence, robotics, and advanced engineering concepts through interactive experiences designed to bridge classroom learning with real world applications. This innovative space will provide students and community members with hands on opportunities to explore STEM, while serving as a hub for collaboration, workforce development, and engagement through partnerships with leading universities across Georgia.

We are thrilled to see this exciting new venture right here in our neighborhood, one that will create lasting opportunities for our students and community members while strengthening growth, innovation, and partnerships across the state.
