We welcome all Robins personnel interested in being involved with the promotion of STEM in the Robins workforce We are an organization of junior workforce personnel dedicated to:
- Representing our members' interests to leadership
- Providing professional development
- Connecting members through networking opportunities in order to
strengthen the Air Force, Robins AFB, and Warn
er Robins communities. Junior force councils provide senior leadership with a voice from their junior force personnel. We are here to provide leadership with input regarding junior force personnel issues representative of the junior civilian, enlisted, and officer members of the science, engineering, and technical management field. Junior force is defined as Air Force military members consisting enlisted personnel from E-1 to E-5 and Officers from 0-1 to 0-3, and civilian members, excluding contractors, (GS12/13 or equivalent) and below, or who have less than ten (10) years of service. To be on the executive board council, you must be junior force. Can I get involved?
