Robins SE&TM JFC This is the social media page for the Robins Air Force Base Science, Engineering, and Technical Management Junior Force Council. What is junior force?

We welcome all Robins personnel interested in being involved with the promotion of STEM in the Robins workforce We are an organization of junior workforce personnel dedicated to:
- Representing our members' interests to leadership
- Providing professional development
- Connecting members through networking opportunities in order to
strengthen the Air Force, Robins AFB, and Warn

er Robins communities. Junior force councils provide senior leadership with a voice from their junior force personnel. We are here to provide leadership with input regarding junior force personnel issues representative of the junior civilian, enlisted, and officer members of the science, engineering, and technical management field. Junior force is defined as Air Force military members consisting enlisted personnel from E-1 to E-5 and Officers from 0-1 to 0-3, and civilian members, excluding contractors, (GS12/13 or equivalent) and below, or who have less than ten (10) years of service. To be on the executive board council, you must be junior force. Can I get involved? We welcome ALL Robins personnel interested in being involved with the development of SE&TM junior force personnel in the Robins workforce. We would love to have you!

We are grateful to the 339th Flight Test Squadron for hosting tours of the C-130H, C-130J, and C-5M! Seeing the operational side helps Robins professionals consider the end user's experience in our sustainment and engineering efforts.

Last week, multiple JFCs from 2 different bases came together for the 1st annual Leadership Summit. The morning started with speed mentoring, public speaking tips, and learning leadership lessons from Col Droz, Robins Installation Commander. After a quick lunch, the councils went back and met with Mr. Thomas, retired SES, to ask him questions regarding lessons learned and his leadership experience. Next, the attendees talked virtually with Mr. D’Angelo, SES, about his leadership ethos. To wrap up the day, the JFCs broke up by position to find out more about successes and failures to help better shape the future of the JFCs.
