God restores the broken things.
April has been at the Living Tree since October, and it has been amazing to see God moving in her life, especially in the relationship with her son, Ethan. Healing and restoration are taking place in such beautiful ways. During his Christmas holiday, Ethan was able to come stay with April for a week. This was the first time they had been able to be together like this in a long time, and it brought so much joy to everyone. We all loved having Ethan here, and April made the week full of fun and special memories.

If you give the Lord your first, He will give you your first.
This thought came to me while I was riding down the road after talking with Heather Moody. Heather is learning how to give the Lord her firstfruits, putting Him first and trusting Him with every area of her life, even when it requires faith and patience.
One of those areas was transportation. This week, Heather was gifted a vehicle from a coworker’s family member. Even more meaningful, this is the first time she has ever had a car registration and insurance in her own name. What a powerful milestone and a true testimony of God’s provision and faithfulness. 🙌

What a time we had together this morning at The Living Tree as we celebrated the Spirit of Christmas with story time, doing crafts and sharing gifts with one another. We are so grateful for the time and thought Mrs. Joyce puts into this special occasion every year. As well as the other ladies like Mrs. Barbara who made brownies and Mrs. Bobbe who made cookies. We are truly blessed ♥️ 🎄!!
