WSCAT & Wyam Youth Center hosted an Emmy celebration Party for LaRonn Katchia last night. We are so proud of LaRonn’s epic accomplishment on winning 2 Emmy’s himself and his film winning a total of 3.

LaRonn’s contributions to our youth film program has been instrumental in bringing in 100’s of 1,000’s of dollars into our film and art programming. His dedication to sharing his talent with our community and specifically our youth is what truly makes him special.

Please join us while we honor LaRonn Katchia for his recent Emmy wins next Wednesday, June 10. We are proud to host this event in honor of LaRonn.

We will screen his Emmy Award winning film, Guardian of the Land, at 6:30 pm. The event starts at 6:00 PM.

There is limited seating so show up early! We will have light snacks, drinks and cake.

We are so proud of LaRonn and his ongoing support of other local filmmakers!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:Tax season is almost a wrap. WSCAT schedule is full as we are on our final week of doing taxes thru AARP.
If you missed your appointment you will need to schedule elsewhere by the April 15 deadline. I
f you have brought your taxes in incomplete and we have been waiting for your documents to finish, your deadline to bring the pertinent information is this Friday, April 10, or pick up your information and file elsewhere by the deadline.
AARP provides the equipment for us to do taxes at WSCAT which will be picked up the shortly after tax season ends.
