Welcome to scenic Wells Mills County Park in Ocean County, New Jersey! Visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, birding & wildlife viewing.

Wells Mills County Park encompasses 900 acres of protected wetlands and uplands within the Pine Barrens. Sixteen miles of marked trails traverse diverse habitat including cedar swamp, pine and oak forests, and bogs. Picturesque Wells Mills Lake offers opportunities for fishing and canoeing. The Wells Mills Nature Center showcases the plants and animals of this unique environment. Educational and recreational programs are offered by Park Naturalists throughout the year.
