URGENT: Our AC is Out at the Rescue House! 🚨
​We are facing an emergency situation at Mimi’s Place. The air conditioning system in the house where we shelter our rescue dogs has officially stopped working, and getting it fixed to keep our pups cool and safe is our absolute top priority.
​We have reached out to several local HVAC companies asking if they might be willing to donate their repair services or labor to help us out. While we are holding out hope that a local business steps up to assist, we urgently need a backup plan.
​If you are able to pitch in even a few dollars to help us cover repair or replacement costs, it would mean the world to us and the dogs!
​🐾 Our Promise: If an HVAC companydoes step up to donate their services, 100% of the funds raised from this post will go directly toward medical care, food, and supplies for our rescue dogs. Every single dollar will go to good use!

🚨 VOLUNTEER NEEDED: DOG FOOD HAUL! 🚨
​We have a massive donation waiting for our pups—an entire pallet (800 lbs!) of dog food in Florence—and we need a hero with a truck to help us bring it home!
​🚛 The Details:
​What: Transport 1 pallet (800 lbs) of dog food from Florence.
​Vehicle Needed: A pickup truck or trailer.
​Loading Options:
​Forklift Loading: Available Mon–Thu (9 AM – 4 PM) or Fri (9 AM – 1 PM).
​Hand Loading: Can be loaded by hand outside forklift hours if preferred!

" I picked up an abandoned momma on the highway. She was left behind with an empty box and her pink stuffy. She was running in and out of traffic. Shes an absolute sweetheart, but I can’t keep her and every shelter is full in the area. I’m trying to re-home her without the risk of being euthanized or find someone to foster while she finds a forever home. Any help is appreciated. Thank you"
