Wardsboro 4th of July Parade & Street Fair Wardsboro 4th of July Parade & Street Fair is Southern Vermont's Oldest Independence Day celebration The parade travels down Main Street and back.

The Wardsboro Annual Fourth of July Parade and Street Fair is the longest continuous celebration in Vermont. We look forward to celebrating another Independence Day with good old fashion family fun. The street starts to come to life around 9 am for the start of the parade at 10 am. Viewers will see antique cars, local fire trucks, creative floats and other patriotic additions. The Street Fair includes creative local vendors, a quilt show, children's games, and lots of fun for all! Indulge in some street fair food including a chicken barbecue, hot dogs, hamburgers, lemonade and our famous strawberry shortcake. Parking is available in several nearby locations for $8.

🚨PARKING OPTIONS🚨

Be sure to read the entire post to be fully informed on options.

Route 100 south: Grimes Field. A short walk to event.

Route 100 north: LaBarr Field and Wardsboro School. There is a shuttle from both 100 north locations.

South Wardsboro Road: just after Dump rd. A short walk to event.

Handicap Parking will be at the Wardsboro Store.

There will be no public library parking this year. In addition Main Street will be closed from 9am-1pm for the safety and well being of pedestrians.

DO NOT TAKE SOUTH HILL to travel to event! You will be asked to turn around and seek an alternate route.

Parking is $10 cash!

Please be flexible and make your parking arrangements ahead of time!
