Over the past nine years, your support has helped create real opportunities for Appalachian youth through hands-on, meaningful work in five mission-driven businesses rooted in Wardensville, WV. Each visit, purchase, and donation has played a role in shaping this work.

We couldn’t agree more with Good Morning Washington — Hardy County really is the perfect fall getaway 🍂✨

Their generosity celebrates the work we love most: creating opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and lead right here in the Potomac Highlands.

Dakota Glass Works is about to have some great company — The Glass House is moving in! We couldn’t be more excited to see Wardensville’s creative community continue to grow.

We’re excited to welcome The Glass House to East Main Street—right next door to Dakota Glass Works!

Michele and her team bring an incredible eye for vintage treasures, custom floral design, and all-around good vibes. From one glass-loving space to another, we’re so happy to share a block with a kindred creative spirit.

The Glass House is all about thoughtful details, beautiful objects, and pieces that tell a story—which feels right at home here in Wardensville. Name a better pair than a florist and handmade vases - we'll wait. 😉
