Thank you to L’Quette Taylor, Founder and CEO of Community Matters 2 - "CM2", for being our guest speaker this past Thursday!

Our Rotarians had the opportunity to learn about the many programs and opportunities CM2 provides for youth in Poughkeepsie and the surrounding communities. We also heard about the organization’s exciting community-centered project currently in development, which will help expand its impact and further its mission of serving local youth and families.

This weekend, the Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls was proudly represented at the Rotary District 7210 District Conference by Todd Bowen and Steve Crew!

We are excited to share that our very own Todd Bowen was officially installed as Rotary District 7210 District Governor Elect, effective July 1, 2026. This is a tremendous accomplishment, and we are incredibly proud to have one of our members serving in this important leadership role.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to Steven Crew for his dedicated service as Region 4 Assistant Governor. As his term comes to an end, we thank him for his leadership, support, and commitment to strengthening Rotary throughout our region.

Congratulations, Todd, and thank you, Steve, for your service above self!

Tonight, the Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls was proud to recognize members of the Roy C. Ketcham High School Interact Club who have gone above and beyond in serving our community throughout the school year.

We had the opportunity to hear from outgoing Interact Club Presidents Maryrose and Jada, who reflected on an incredible year of service and leadership. We also heard from incoming Interact Club President Felicianna, who shared her excitement and vision for the year ahead.

A special thank you to Mr. Remick for once again serving as the Interact Club Faculty Advisor and for his continued dedication to developing the next generation of community leaders.

Congratulations to all of the students recognized today for their outstanding commitment to Service Above Self. We look forward to seeing all that the RCK Interact Club accomplishes during the upcoming school year!

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our blood drive sponsored by the Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls, the Town of Wappinger, and Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County!

We are proud to share that the American Red Cross collected 20 units of blood today. Those donations have the potential to help save up to 60 lives in our communities and beyond.

A special thank you to all of our blood donors, volunteers, and partners who helped make this event a success.
