Congratulations to Ryan Duley winning this years Wappapello Crappie Club Classic. Coming back from sitting in 4th place after day 1. The points race and weights were about as tight as you can get. Going into the event the team of Eric Parris and Andy Stephens were leading the points race by 3 points with Ryan Duley in second and the teams of Jason Musgrave/Ethan Manuel and Rob Sanders/Josh McMullin tied for third four points out of lead. The season ended with the teams of Duley and Parris/Stephens tied for angler of year but the tie breaker came from the two teams big fish of the year and Parris/Stephens caught a 2.26 back in March. Also congratulations to Matt Gregory and Laken for catching the big fish of year. An absolute giant 2.45 caught in May!Congratulations gentlemen on a great year! Special thanks to Sundowner Marine for always letting us use their pavilion for our weigh in’s. Also big shout out to Larry Houchins, Dale Sanders, and Lynn McMullin for cooking fish for the weigh in! Those three guys are local legends if you didn’t know.
