💥Sundowner Marine- Registration & Livewell checks will be from 6:30-7:00AM. and blast off @ 7:00AM. Weigh in line will be behind the building under the pavilion.

*Must be in the buoys @ sundowner by 3:00PM

💥Blast OFF Sundowner Marine @ 7:00 AM. Fishing times start at blast off and must be back within no-wake buoys by 3:00PM

💥 Entry Fee $100 💥Big Fish (optional) $20

Congrats to Ryan Duley on the win yesterday! He came in with a 5 fish limit weighing at 6.24 and also big fish of the tournament weighing in at 1.46lbs! Coming in second was Dillan Vandeven with a weight of 5.02 and third was the bobber team of Botsch/Botsch/ and Botsch weighing in at 4.93. Thanks to everyone for coming out to fish and also a big shout out to Sundowner Marine for hosting our tournaments, and Wendy for giving us some AAA batteries!

What fun time had by all!! This was the best crappie turn out in many many many years! Congratulations to the team of Green/Hill with an astonishing average fish weight of .083lbs! They are the inaugural small fish tournament CHAMPS!! The team ofWhite/Hays just had a few more 7” crappie to cull but just ran out of time finishing 2nd. Thanks to all that came out. It was a huge success with 32 boats showing up for this first time ever event! And huge thanks to Sundowner Marine for letting us use their facility for weigh in. Also big shout out to Andy Stephens with B&M poles and Crappie Magnet for donating a rod and reel combo to the top finishing youth and Castor River Farms for donating a prize for all the youth that participated!!

Here are the details:
Show up sundowners boat ramp between 5-6am Sunday Aug 30th to sign up.
Weighing in the smallest 30 crappie. They DO NOT all have to be under 9” but ideally you want them to because the lightest weight wins. After registration you can go to any ramp on the lake. But you do have to have 30 fish. No more than two adults on boat. But two adults CAN have a kid 15 and younger fish with them. Fishing time from 6:30-2:30. Must be in weigh in line by 3:30. Weigh in is behind Sundowner’s marine store on top of hill. We will show everyone where to park for weigh in. Any questions send Ryan a text at 15738200542. Sounds like we are going to have a good turn out. Most importantly this tournament is designed to have fun! 🤩
Also it’s 100% payout and won’t know the payouts until Sunday morning after everyone registers. Paying I spot for every 6 boats.
