“I never doubt how incredibly strong you are.”

And we mean that.

This isn’t Pilates for the perfect outfit, the perfect pose, or the perfect Instagram picture.

This is Pilates for **real women, with real bodies, living real lives.**

Sammie’s Mat Pilates is a space to show up exactly as you are — to move, get stronger, challenge yourself, laugh when something is HARD 😅 and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

No intimidation. No expectations. No experience necessary.

Just a really good workout, an incredibly supportive instructor, and a room full of women doing something good for themselves.

✨ **NEW TIME: MONDAYS AT 6 PM**

**FIRST CLASS FREE for a limited time! 🤍 DM us for details.**
