Please help this young dad watch his children grow up.
A Massapequa Park father of 4 is sharing his story in hopes of finding a living kidney donor.
John Patrick "JP" Monteforte is battling stage 5 kidney disease and undergoes dialysis several times a week while waiting for a transplant.
"I am in a race against time," he said, adding that he wants to watch his children grow up. "I'm fighting this hard because they need their dad."
