There's so much going on here, there's no music needed.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.

This day always carries weight for us. We’ve seen firsthand how deeply su***de impacts families, friends, coworkers, and entire communities. We’ve also seen how many people can look completely fine on the outside while quietly carrying more than anyone realizes.

One of the reasons Grace Gate Farm exists is to create a place where people can come as they are. No pretending. No pressure to have it all together. Just space to breathe, connect, work with your hands, care for animals, be in community, and remember that your life has value and purpose.

If you are struggling today, please tell someone. Stay. Let someone sit with you in the hard. Your story is not over.

And for the rest of us, check on your people. Ask the second question. Notice the ones who get quiet. Make room for honest conversations.

Sometimes prevention looks like professional help. Sometimes it looks like a phone call, a meal, a barn chore done side by side, or simply reminding someone they don’t have to carry everything alone.

If you or someone you know is in crisis in the U.S., call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
