Imagine standing in a room full of Benchmark Senior Living’s amazing leaders and challenging them to raise $10,000 in the span of a few hours? And imagine if reaching that goal meant that our COO, John Hartmayer and 17 other Benchmark champions would jump in the ocean the following morning, all to support The One Company Fund?

This is no imaginary scenario- we ended up raising just over $13,000 for our associates facing unexpected hardship and our 18 brave souls took a 7am dip in the 50 degree ocean!
