Friends of Colleton County Animal Shelter FoCCAS is a 501(c)(3) registered public charity/non-profit supporting the homeless animals at Colleton County Animal Services and in Colleton County.

FoCCAS is not a rescue and is not the shelter. The Colleton County Animal Shelter can be reached by phone during county business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday) at 843-893-2651. For emergencies outside of regu

lar county business hours, call the county dispatch at 843-549-2211 and they will contact the Animal Control Office on duty. The shelter is open to the public Monday- Friday from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm and by appointment and is closed on the weekends
