Open-IX Association

Open-IX Association OIX Association for IXP and Data Center Standards The Internet is great. But it’s not perfect. To succeed, the entire Internet community must work together.

And as it grows, inconsistencies in connectivity, resiliency, security, and cost are becoming increasingly problematic. It’s up to the entire Internet community to overcome these challenges. The best and fairest way is to make sure everyone has a stake in an organized and deliberate process to work within. That’s why major data center providers, network service providers, consumers of bandwidth and end users have come together in the Open IX community.
