We are a group of mothers, fathers and family members that work together to support the needs of our Walnut High students, staff and faculty.

Interested in helping with one of our WHS programs and completing the Level 2 Volunteer process? WVUSD has dedicated three hours to our families to sign up and process their volunteer documents. Please register for an appointment with the link below and complete an application prior to your appointment. For those hoping to be a Level 1 volunteer, you can submit your documents at any time, you do not need an appointment.

Live Scan Instructions:
Please ensure that you have completed your application form prior to your appointment: Volunteer Application Form
Location: District Office, 880 S. Lemon Ave., Walnut, CA 91789.
Check in at the front desk and let the receptionist know that you have a Live Scan appointment with Sheena Chang.
You will be asked to complete the Live Scan form and scan a QR code with your cell phone to submit payment. The Department of Justice fee is $66.24, which can be paid by credit card.
Please remember to bring your valid driver’s license with you to your appointment.

Registration officially begins today, June 30th!
Donate early (today only) to be entered into a raffle to win a WHCC Blanket. Stop by our table in room H8 or click the link in bio to donate online. We have great incentives this year!

Every dollar we receive goes back to our students, our staff, and our facility! Thank you for your generosity!

Attention WHS Parents! Registration will be June 30-July 24. During your students’ registration, WHCC will have a booth in Room H8 where you can learn more about our group and donate to our only fundraiser for the year. 100% of our proceeds goes directly back to the school, our students, and our teachers. This year, we are looking to purchase more lunch tables for the students, as well as other projects. WHCC also supports our teachers with software and educational subscriptions to be used in their classrooms.

Please take a look at our new incentives for this year and consider donating to our Community Club. These incentives are only offered during June 30-July 24. Birthday marquee announcements can be purchased anytime through the year, the month prior to your students’ birthday.

Thank you for your support; our students, teachers, and staff greatly appreciate your generosity!

WHCC is looking for volunteers to help during WHS Registration! We would love your support to help us with our annual fundraiser during this period. This is a great opportunity to greet new parents and introduce them to our community club. You must be a cleared volunteer through the district. Unsure if you are cleared? Send us a DM and we will help lead you in the right direction!

Thank you to our 2026 VIP donors for your generosity and continued support. Because of you and all of our donors, we are able to create meaningful opportunities and wonderful experiences for our students and school community.
