We had 25 kids out fishing at Lake Laura today, and what a great day it was!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made this event so much fun. We love seeing so many smiling faces enjoying a day on the water.

Thanks for making another Loggers Fishing Derby a success—we can’t wait to see you all again next year! 💛🎣

🎶 Live music is back at the Walnut Grove Village Fair! 🎶

Spend part of your Saturday, July 11th, enjoying live music from the Logger Stage at the gazebo in Walnut Grove City Park.

🕚 11:00 AM – Kindred Spirit
With music rooted in jazz and blues, Kindred Spirit brings the perfect soundtrack for a summer afternoon.

🕐 1:00 PM – Gary Froiland
The one-man band himself returns, delivering the sound of a full band, complete with bass, fiddle, dobro, and mandolin.

A big thank you to the Walnut Grove Loggers, whose generous support makes live musical entertainment at the Village Fair possible.

At our May meeting last month, the Walnut Grove Loggers were able to give back to:

* 💪 $1,750 to the Charger Power weight lifting program for equipment updates at the high school
* 🏹 $1,200 to the WWG Trap Team
* 🏐 $1,200 to Plum Creek County Park to help update volleyball court poles at the lower park

These donations are only possible because of the generosity and involvement of our members and supporters—thank you for helping us make a real difference in our community.

If you’d like to be part of it, we’d love to have you join us.

📅 Next meeting: TONIGHT – June 15th at 7:00 PM
📍 Walnut Grove Legion

Come see what we’re about and help us continue supporting great local programs!

Last night we had the opportunity to visit Help Tuck Them In in Tracy, MN and donate $5,000 to their incredible organization. Their mission is to ensure every child has a bed to sleep in, and it was amazing to see the impact they are making in our communities.

We are so thankful for groups like this that work tirelessly to provide such an important need for local families. Thank you, Help Tuck Them In for all that you do! ❤️
