What makes a networking group worth visiting?
It is not just the number of people in the room. It is the quality of the relationships.
At our BNI Dream Team meeting this week, we were reminded that BNI is not just a leads group. It is a relationships group. Referrals happen when people take the time to know, like, and trust each other!
Mitch McCay with Total Solar Cleaning shared a great example. He told the story of helping move several extremely heavy and meaningful stone pieces from a property in Hillsborough after the original crane plan did not work. His team had to problem-solve, work long hours, and find a way to get it done safely.
That kind of story shows more than what someone does. It shows how they work.
That is what our group is about: local professionals learning about each other, building trust, and helping each other grow.
