LIVESTRONG at the YMCA helps cancer survivors reclaim their strength, rebuild their confidence and improve their overall well-being through physical activity and a supportive community. This incredible addition to our fitness equipment will provide participants with a safe, accessible, low-impact way to build strength and endurance as they continue their journey toward healthier, stronger lives.
