Everything we do - from providing free EKG screenings to donating AEDs and teaching lifesaving CPR/AED skills - is only possible because of the incredible people who give their time, energy, and compassion to our mission.

We would not be able to make the impact we do without each and every volunteer who shows up, serves, and believes in a world where more lives are saved from sudden cardiac arrest.

💚🎉 Meet Laila Kezik – A True Inspiration! 🎉💚

Laila attended one of our FREE EKG screenings last year at Branford High School. A few days after the event, her mom got a phone call from an electrophysiologist who had detected Wolff-Parkinson White (WPW) syndrome. This disease, while quiet, can cause sudden cardiac arrest in a young person. After undergoing a successful ablation, Laila is back on her feet, and not only that, she LETTERED in THREE varsity sports as a freshman!

Laila’s story is a perfect example of the life-saving impact of early cardiac screening. We couldn’t be prouder of her resilience and accomplishments! 💪💚
