We are so honored to be part of something this special.

The creative wellness collective is hosting a FREE community event, and we want YOU to be part of it.

In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, do more, work harder, and keep going, sometimes we simply need a space where we can pause.

This initiative is about recognizing that our mental well-being matters. That taking care of ourselves isn't selfish. That community can be healing. And that sometimes the most meaningful moments happen when we slow down enough to truly experience them.

Natalie es graduada de James Kenan High School y, por los últimos 2 años, ha sido voluntaria con nosotros. Su compromiso con nuestra comunidad, su disposición para ayudar y su dedicación nos han permitido verla crecer no solo como estudiante, sino también como una joven increíble.
