Tabitha’s Closet

Tabitha’s Closet Tabitha’s Closet is a program of United Way of the Blue Mountains. We provide formal attire to students at little or no cost. Please bring a check or cash.

If possible, we kindly request a $25 donation for dry cleaning. Book an appointment through our page! We ask those who can to donate $20 per outfit to cover the dry cleaning costs. We are a 501C3 and can provide you a tax ID number if needed. Scholarships available for the $20. Just let us know!

Because of generous donors like you, Tabitha’s Closet continues to make prom dreams possible for local students. 💜

Yesterday, two dedicated volunteers spent three hours picking up and transporting $2,679 worth of formalwear from Stewart’s Dry Cleaners back to Tabitha’s Closet. During this prom season alone, more than 140 local students borrowed these dresses and suits, and now, after being professionally cleaned, they are ready for other students to enjoy as well. The formalwear filled two vehicles!

Your support helps cover these important dry-cleaning costs, ensuring every item is ready for the next student’s special night.
