Congratulations to the Sac City Bark Park on their official ground breaking this morning! It is truly amazing to see a citizen -led effort like this come to fruition! Thank you to the organizers, the city of Sac City, and all the generous donations from businesses and individuals who have come together to make this project a reality. SpArC focuses on quality of life as a necessary pillar of development in our county, and we are certainly grateful for including our four -legged friends in that effort!
