As we look back over this 2023-2024 school year – we wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who volunteered and participated in our fundraisers. With your support, the PTSA was able to do the following things…….

Gave over $1,200 of books to students and staff this year!
Provided 7th grade ELA classes with magazine subscriptions for the 2024-2025 school year.
Books for Book Club
A couch and chair for the library
ALEKS rewards – Moonpies and Tastycakes
Volunteered at the PBIS apple slices bar
Participated in the National PTA Reflections Art Contest
Paint Night
Trivia Night
Teacher grant to support snacks for our students who stayed for afterschool tutoring
Teacher grant for supplies for our Leo Club community projects
Lions Luau
Staff Appreciation
Nacho Bar
Ice Cream Bar
8th Grade end of Year Activities

Started a long weekend food program

This is NOT an FCPS event; just a fun day put together by some mamas who want the kids to be able to celebrate a milestone year together! Based on the weather forecast for this afternoon/evening, we will be CANCELING the 8th grade Recognition scheduled for today. We will be celebrating the students in various ways over the next week and will share the awards that our students have earned.

WMS PBIS Olympiad is coming up on June 4th! This is a full day of indoor and outdoor events, trivia and challenges.
