UPDATE: Park Cleanup Day CANCELED!
Due to the incredible hard work of Bill Zeller, tomorrow’s scheduled park cleanup has been canceled. Bill spent a significant amount of time down at Riverside Park already tackling cleanup efforts and got a tremendous amount accomplished on his own.
We want to extend a huge THANK YOU to Bill for his dedication, hard work, and pride in helping keep our park looking its best. We appreciate everything he’s done.
If you see Bill around town, be sure to give him a well-deserved thank you! 👏
Riverside Park is looking much better thanks to his efforts—and we’re incredibly grateful for people who step up without being asked.
(And Bill… we still think you’ve earned that pizza. 🍕)
🌿 CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS! 🌿
It’s time to get our parks cleaned up and ready for the season—and we need your help!
🗓 Cleanup Day: May 2
⏰ Start Time: 9:00 AM
📍 Location: Riverside Park
🌧 Backup Date: May 9 (if weather doesn’t cooperate)
We’ll be taking care of:
✔️ Trash pickup
✔️ Downed branches & debris
✔️ General cleanup around the park
👉 If you’ve got tools, bring ‘em!
Chainsaws, rakes, gloves, trailers—whatever you’ve got to help get the job done.
🍕 BONUS: Stick around because we’ll have a pizza party around noon for volunteers!
Whether you can stay an hour or until we’re done, it all makes a difference.
Because let’s be honest… many hands make light work 😉
🙋♀️🙋♂️ Drop a comment or send a message if you’re planning to help—we’d love to see a great turnout!
