This powerful week of service unites local chapters, volunteers, and sponsors in our shared mission to ensure NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN!

This week has been one for the books for us at SHP-SC, Westminster and another amazing testament to the goodness of the residents of Oconee County!

We had an amazing opportunity to serve alongside the members of the Keowee Key Men and Women’s Golf Leagues this Monday as they built 43 beds to meet the needs of children. In sum they raised a staggering 28,000 dollars in funds for our organization! They also gifted us adorable beds made by some talented members of their community, complete with beautiful handmade quilts, teddy bears and books to accompany the beds they built into the homes of the deserving children of Oconee County.

This morning we received an outpouring of love from the members ofTrinity Baptist Church! Their amazing members raised money that built 50 beds at their church build today!

The amount of generosity and support that we receive continues to overwhelm us! Thank you Oconee County for continuing to show up for our children to help us fulfill our mission so that NO CHILD SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN!

We absolutely cannot wait to build with our amazing friends from Trinity Baptist Church this Saturday! They’ve been one of our biggest supporters since the very beginning! And and huge thank you and shoutout to Yoder's Building Supply for their generous donation to our mission that ensures “No kid sleeps on the floor in our town!”

Saturday was another great build day for SHP-SC, Westminster! The heat didn’t stop our volunteers from building beds for our community members! Thank you for your support Trinity Baptist Church!

What a great week it’s been at Vacation Bible School! In addition to a wonderful week of learning and fun, our kids (and some special traveling donors) raised over $2400 to help build beds with Sleep In Heavenly Peace - SC, Westminster.

This organization provides beds for children right here in Oconee County who don’t have beds to sleep in at night. What a great blessing this will be for kids in our community!

Thank you to all the volunteers, and most importantly, all our kids for being with us this week!

This is very exciting news for us at SHP-Westminster! We’ve partnered with Amanda Bonner Smith at Tots and Teens since the very beginning! She and her amazing staff have supported us in so many ways, including running a delivery team of their own! We cannot thank them enough!
