The Wales Cultural Council is meeting Sunday, November 23, at 11am at the Senior Center to review 2026 grant requests. Everyone is welcome. We are always looking for new members also! Please join us.

The Wales Cultural Council needs YOU to help us bring cultural events to Wales. The WCC has sponsored programs such as band concerts at the pavilion, art and storytelling at the Senior Center, art programs at the library, and more. This is a great way to give back to our little town, and it doesn’t require a lot of time. If you’d like to know more, please come to our next meeting on November 9 at 11:00am at the Senior Center, or email [email protected]. All are welcome.

Volunteers needed to join the Wales Cultural Council. Join us on Nov 12 at 6:45 at the Wales Ma. Senior Center

We have sponsored programs including science programs, storytelling, art and music at the senior center, materials for the historical commission, concerts at the pavilion and more....
Members meet once or twice a year to review grants and vote on awards. Some other actions items include tasks for the treasurer to make reports, publicity about grant availability, soliciting input from the community about what kinds of programs they would like to see happen in our town. We have $5,700 to award for the 2025 year.
