Congratulations to our 7 time state champion Irish Forestry team!
🔥 Fire service isn’t just lights and sirens — it’s community. 🔥
Today was one of those reminders that being part of the fire service means showing up for more than emergencies. It means showing up for our people.
We had the honor of escorting the Waldport High School Forestry Team back through town as they returned home as 7‑time State Champions — yes, seven. These students worked their tails off, represented our community with pride, and earned every bit of that celebration.
Rolling across the bridge with them, seeing families lining the streets, hearing the cheers… that’s the heart of small‑town fire service. It’s about supporting the next generation, lifting up local achievements, and being woven into the moments that make this place home.
