The 2012 alewife run is underway in Waldoboro. Unfortunately due to the unusually high water level in the Medomak River, the installation of the counting net is impossible for the time being. It may take several days with no more rain to safely install the net. Stay tuned. Good numbers of fish seen in town lately.

After being down for a few days due to high water levels, our counting station is back up and operational! Now is a great time to be a fish counter. If you'd like to sign up for a shift this week or next week, call Stewart at 832-5570.
