Dear TOPS/KOPS Members
It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to close the chapter down again for a while. While there have been quite a few members sick recently I am nervous to risk members health.
I may decide in a bit to just open up for weigh ins and no meeting or maybe a zoom meeting for those who can, but I need to figure things out and will certainly get back to you.
If you have ideas, thoughts, concerns, please reach out and let me know, otherwise, hold tight and we will let you know what is happening.
FOR NOW- NO MEETINGS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Hi Ladies! I hope you are all doing great! I have send you all out letters letting you know that TOPS will be starting up next Tuesday but thought maybe I would let you know here as well in case you have received them yet. The letter details the process and how it works if your not comfortable coming back etc. Take care!

Due to the risk of the Coronavirus and the ease of passing it along we are cancelling our TOPS meetings for the next two weeks and will reevaluate after that. So as of right now our next scheduled meeting will be March 31.
Also the March Inspiration Workshop has been cancelled for now and will be rescheduled for April. The new date will be provided when we have it. Hope you are all doing ok. Please check in with one another these two weeks and still weigh in at home. Be accountable. ♥️
