Waldoborofoodpantry.org Waldoboro Food Pantry is an equal opportunity provider. We provide food to residents of Waldoboro, Bremen and Nobleboro via drive-through distribution at 124 Friendship Road. Food Pantry Day is every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 12-3pm. We currently only provide delivery to the following locations: Spro

ul Block, Waldoboro Village, and Cole’s Hill. We envision adding additional locations when volunteer availability and scheduling permits. If you are experiencing transportation barriers during our scheduled distribution, you can have ANYONE, a friend, neighbor, family member, case worker or clergy pick up food for you. In order to keep the line moving, we are limiting the number of households being picked up for to four per vehicle, including the driver’s household. Anyone who needs to pick up for five or more households should contact Operations, at 207-520-5100 x800 to make special arrangements. New clients experiencing food insecurity are always welcome and sign up is a breeze. If you have an immediate need for food, call Healthy Lincoln County Food Hotline at 207-350-0536 for an emergency food box. The Waldoboro Food Pantry is 100% volunteer run and funded through donations and grants from the community. Donations to the Waldoboro Food Pantry can be made by using the “Donate” button on the page, or by mailing a check to PO Box 692, Waldoboro, ME. 04572. The Waldoboro Food Pantry is registered with the state of Maine and the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization under EIN #38-3985265. All financial donations are tax deductible from state and federal income tax.

We are so grateful to Rising Tide Co-op for choosing us as a community partner for the month of July. A percentage of sales on Wednesdays was donated to the pantry and generous customers donated to our information table, resulting in a total of over $1500! Support from our community is vital to our mission and we thank those who continue to support us. Please consider shopping at our generous local businesses.

Yet another summery distribution day. Luckily we managed to dodge most of the humidity and heat. We continue to enjoy the bounty of fresh local veggies from Morning Dew Farm, Twin Villages Foodbank Farm, Veggies to Table, and the local folks who share their produce. The cut flower bouquets and seedlings from Veggies to Table were much appreciated, as were the delicious local peaches donated by a neighbor.
