Wakefield Food Pantry The Wakefield Food Pantry was founded in 1982 so that no one would go hungry in the Wakefield community. to 1:00 p.m
•Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The mission of the Wakefield Food Pantry is to provide supplemental food and household neccessities to Wakefield residents in need. The Wakefield Food Pantry is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. For those who Need Food, the food pantry hours are as follows:

•Tuesday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Thursday 6:30 p.m. Food donations may be dropped off in our Drop Off Box located on the lower level of

the Americal Civic Center on Main Street, Wakefield MA, during open hours. Food donations may also be dropped off at the drop off box located at the William J. Lee Town Hall on Lafayette Street in Wakefield MA during the following hours:

•Monday through Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
•Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
•Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

🎶 Thank You, St. Joseph Parish Social Committee! 🎶

A heartfelt thank you to the St Joseph Parish Wakefield Social Committee for raising more than $2,200 for the Wakefield Food Pantry through this month's concert featuring Tony DeBlois.

This generous donation will help us continue providing food and support to local families facing food insecurity. We are grateful to the Social Committee, Tony DeBlois, and everyone who attended and supported this special event.

We wrapped our Kids First summer program this past week. We served 83 families with a total of 170 children. 59 families picked up their food, and we delivered to the remaining 24 families. This would not have been possible without the help of our amazing volunteers from the Sentinel Group, as well as the many hard-working volunteers from the community. Thank you to the Wakefield-Lynnfield United Methodist Church for the generous donations all summer. Lastly, thank you to the individuals who donated the school supplies that we distributed in the Wakefield backpacks! Truly a labor of love for our neighbors in need! ❤️
